The Andhra Pradesh Paper Mills Limited has informed the Exchange vide notes to Accounts in the Audited Financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2009 (taken on record by the Board of the Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 12, 2009) that : "With regard to Auditors observation on the accounts for the year ended 31st March, 2009 on deferred taxation, the matter is subjudice and deferred tax has been provided at the effective rate and tax laws as applicable to the Company pending disposal of the writ petition".
