Even though I do not agree with any of your views - some of them very spewing hatred towards a particular community. I appeal to the moderator to give this gent an opportunity.
So long as he admits to being guilty of posting inflamatory messges and tends an apology to the operators of this site and to boarders whom he has personally abused. He should also take out the picture of the girl who is an employee in his shop or office.
I always belive in giving a person a 2nd chance in the hope that there would be a marked change in their behavior.
The moderator also has to agree to it and he has the right to RED FLAG his once again if his conduct becomes unbecoming a decent boarder.

this is good practice that if someone post abusive than first save that abusive message with full information(thread, page, date, time) and than send abusive message to moderator.

In the light of harshadketan now resorting to posting horribly abusive messages into inbox to circumvent redflagging I request u to permanently ban the said boarder. Look at his choice ABUSIVE LANGUAGES ON HINDU GODS AND HIS PERVERTED MIND.
If such a boarder is not be PERMANENTLY BANNED then i wonder who would qualify for the same. Just go thro the message i have posted to u sent to my private message box by harshadketan on 4th oct 2009 and also check outward message from his private message box for confirmation of the same.
