D-Link India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 13, 2009, inter alia, to fix Record Date for the purpose of determining the equity shareholders of the Company to whom the shares of the Resulting Company (M/s. Smartlink Network Systems Ltd) to be allotted pursuant to Scheme of Arrangement sanctioned by the Honble High Court of Bombay at Goa, vide its order dated, February 27, 2009.
