Canara Bank has informed the Exchange that the Register of Shareholders and the Share transfer books of the Bank will remain closed from July 10, 2009 to July 21,2009 (both days inclusive) in connection with: 1) The Annual General Meeting of the Bank will be held on July 21,2009. 2) For the purpose of determining the shareholders entitled to receive the dividend, declared by the Bank.
