Hov Services Limited has informed the Exchange that "Mr. Rajeev Gupta, Director who was to retire by rotation at the ensuing Annual General meeting notified his inability to continue his directorship due to pre-occupation. His notice of resignation was placed before the Board in its meeting held on June 04, 2009 and the same was accepted by the Board of Directors of the Company."
