It`s high time that Glaxo has to announce the bonus. It is long awaited and the company again made the statement that there is no news on bonus. They have switched gears from bonus to high dividend.
Yes it is long over due,everytime AGM comes there is always rumour of BONUS and asusual the company announces dividend and the talk goes-off,well indian companies are better in rewarding shareholders like cadilla etc then these companies but except for products and mkt leader it is a good investment
GSK sometimeback utilised cash to buy back shares. This increases EPS & susequently Share price. It is better way to utilise cash. Bonus is just book entry.
Even for the increase in Share price, it is long due. It moves very slow. One good thing may be that you will not be at big loss as the fluctuations are not much, but you will not gain much either.
