Balmer Lawrie & Company Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 15, 2009, inter alia, to consider and approve the audited Annual Accounts of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2009.
At the same meeting, the Board of Directors may also consider recommending a dividend on the Equity Share Capital of the Company, for the financial year ended March 31, 2009.
