Accentia Technologies Board recommends Final Dividend
Announcement: Accentia Technologies Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 03, 2009, inter alia, has discussed, decided and accorded the following:
1. Board has recommended a 20% (Twenty Percent) Final Dividend on the face value of the share of Rs 10/- each, for the Financial Year 2008-09 subject to AGM.
2. Board of Directors discussed on the interim dividend as set out in the notice, but decided to recommend final dividend for the financial year 2008-09 and with regard to interim dividend for 2009-10, decided to review dividend policy at the end of every quarter in the current financial year.
