Time Technoplast Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company have in its meeting held on May 29, 2009 discussed and agreed "in-principle" to set up a Joint Venture with M/s. Schoeller Arca Systems BV, (SAS) Netharlands for entering into the business of Material Handling Products and Solutions. Further details of the project and investment shall be finalized during the visit of SASs delegation headed by its CEO beginning June 4, 2009.
