Amara Raja Batteries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 01, 2009, inter alia, has recommended a dividend of 40% i.e. Rs 0.80 per equity share of Rs 2/-, subject to approval of the shareholders of the Company.
