Electrotherm (India) Ltd. has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on May 25, 2009 has recommended a dividend Rs.0.60 per share on 6% Non-Cumulative Redeemable Preference Shares and dividend @ Rs.2.50 per share on equity share subjects to approval of members at the Annual General Meeting.
