Union Bank of India has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Bank will remain closed from June 20, 2009 to June 22, 2009 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of payment of Dividend & 7th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Bank to be held on June 22, 2009.
