Mirc Electronics Ltd. had informed the Exchange regarding the Board Meeting to be held on May 23, 2009 for considering the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2009 and recommendation of dividend for the financial year 2008-09. The Company has now informed the Exchange that: "The Company has received the order of amalgamation of Guviso Holding Pvt. Ltd. with Mirc Electronics Ltd. on May 21, 2009. The Company has since filed the same with the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra on May 21, 2009. However, in view of the fact that certain formalities for compliance with the scheme of amalgamation will take some more time the Board meeting scheduled for May 23, 2009, will not be considering the accounts and dividend for the financial year 2008-09 in the said meeting, and the date of next meeting which will consider the above items will be intimated to you in due course".
