With reference to the earlier annoucement dated May 12, 2009, regarding Board Meeting was scheduled to be held on May 19, 2009, Mirc Electronics Ltd has now informed BSE that due to the unavoidable reasons the meeting has been adjourned to May 23, 2009, for considering the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2009 and recommendation of dividend for the financial year 2008-09.
