Sobha Developers Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors at its meeting held on May 18, 2009 has recommended a Dividend of Re.1 per equity share of Rs.10/- each (10%). Further, the Annual General Meeting is scheduled on June 24, 2009 and the dates of Book Closure for the purpose of payment shall be from June 15, 2009 to June 19, 2009.
