Bharat Bijlee Ltd. has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors, in their meeting held on May 15, 2009 has recommended a dividend of Rs. 25 (250%) per equity share of Rs. 10 each subject to approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
