HT Media Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 18, 2009, inter alia, has recommendation for approval by the members, payment of dividend on equity shares of Rs 2/- each @ Re 0.30/- per equity share (15%) for the financial year ended on March 31, 2009.
