Aditya Birla Nuvo Limited has informed the Exchange that M/s. Surya Kiran Investments Pte. Ltd.(part of Promoter Group of the Company) holding 1,88,00,000 warrants issued to them on preferential basis on February 21, 2008, has informed that they will not exercise the option in respect of the above warrants.
