United Breweries Holdings Ltd has informed BSE that the members of the Company, by way of Postal Ballot, have passed the special resolution seeking consent of the Shareholders to provide Guarantee / Security to Lenders / Security Trustee for Loans granted / to be granted to Kingfisher Airlines Ltd, a subsidiary of the Company for an enhanced limit upto Rs 12,000 Crores, with requite majority.
