United Breweries (Holdings) Limited has informed the Exchange that the Members of the Company by way of Postal Ballot have passed the following Special Resolutions with requisite majority: 1[a] & [b] - Special Resolution seeking consent of the Shareholders to provide Guarantee/Security to Lenders/Security Trustee for Loans granted/to be granted to Kingfisher Airlines Limited, a subsidiary of the company for an enhanced limit upto Rs.12,000 Crores.
