1. The Board considered the performance of the Company.
2. The Board considered and approved the appointment of M/s. N D Birla & Company as Cost Accountants for the financial year April 01, 2009 to March 31, 2010. The appointment of M/s. N D Birla & Company, shall be subject to the approval of C G Under the provisions of Sections 224(1B) and 233B(5) of the Companies Act, 1956.
