IOC shares got creditted, not yet cash component for the remainder odd holding of Bongaigaon Refinery, that cash component too should have been creditted simultaniously, am I right ?
Thanks for the information. By the way, is the IOC share (that the Bongaigaon Refinery share holders have been credited with) now tradeable on the bourses ? Probably may not be so.
1.Probably the average price of the IOC share over a specific pre-determined period multiplied by the fraction of the IOC share entitled for in lieu of the odd remainder shares of the Bongaigaon Refinery 2.or the average price of the Bongaigaon Refinery shares over a specific pre-determined period prior to merger multiplied by the odd remainder shares of the Bongaigaon Refinery.
Frankly I do not know exactly.
