India Foils Ltd has informed BSE that the Company will publish the audited financial results within a period of 3 months from the end of the last quarter of the financial year i.e. March 31, 2009 in place of publishing the unaudited quarterly results for the last quarter of the financial year within 1 month from the end of quarter.
