United Breweries Limited has informed the Exchange that at the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held on April 28, 2009, the Directors have approved payment of Dividend @ Rs. 3 per Cumulative Redeemable Preference Shares (CRPS) (3%) on 17,283,000 - CRPS - Series A of Rs. 100 each (non-Convertible) and 7,407,000 - CRPS - Series B of Rs. 100 each at par (Non- Convertible) to Scottish & Newcastle India Limited.
