Skyline Millars Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 28, 2009, inter alia, has transacted the following business :
1. Shri. Anand Vashi has been appointed as Chairman of the Company w.e.f. April 28, 2009.
2. Shri. Upen M Doshi has been appointed as Additional Director of the Company w.e.f. April 28, 2009.
3. The Board has reconstituted various Committees as required by Clause 49 of the Listing Agreement.
4. Term Sheet dated October 18, 2007 signed by the Company with Urban Kshetra Infrastructure Pvt Ltd (a wholly owned subsidiary of Urban Infrastructure Venture Capital Fund) with regards to Joint Development of Building No 4 at Companys Ghatkopar Project has been terminated with mutual agreement.
