Aditya Birla Nuvo Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Director of the Company at its meeting held on April 28, 2009 has recommended payment of dividend i.e. @ Rs.4/- (Rupees Four Only) per equity share of Rs.10 each on the Equity Shares of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2009.
