Infomedia 18 Ltd has informed BSE that the Company will be publishing the Audited Accounts for the financial year ended March 31, 2009 at the forthcoming Board Meeting scheduled in the month of May 2009, e.g. within the three months period from the end of the financial year ended March 31, 2009 and therefore the un-audited results for the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2009 will not be published.
