Aditya Birla Nuvo Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 28, 2009, inter alia, has recommended payment of dividend i.e. @ Rs 4/- (Rupees Four only) per equity share of Rs 10 each on the Equity Shares of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2009.
