Piramal Healthcare Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 24, 2009 has recommended dividend @ 210% (i.e. Rs.4.20 per equity share of face value of Rs.2/- each) for the financial year ended March 31, 2009.
