Aries Agro Limited has informed the Exchange that: "The Audited Results for the year ended 31st March, 2009 of the Company will be published on or before 30th June, 2009 i.e. within 3 months of the closure of the Financial Year. As such we are not publishing the Un-audited Results of the Company for the 4th Quarter ended 31st March, 2009".
