Nectar Lifesciences Ltd has informed BSE that the Company would submit and publish the Audited Financial Results for year ended March 31, 2009 on or before June 30, 2009, that is, within a period of 3 months from the end of the last quarter of the relevant financial year.
The Company will therefore, not publish the un-audited quarterly results for the quarter ending March 31, 2009.
