Bajaj Holdings & Investment Limited has informed the Exchange that the Company intends to publish its audited financial results for the year 2008-09, immediately after the board meeting on May 21, 2009 i.e. within a period of three months from the end of the last quarter of the said financial year and the company will not separately announce the unaudited financial results for the last quarter ended March 31, 2009.
