Bajaj Holdings & Investment Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 21, 2009, inter alia, to consider the audited financial results and statements of accounts for the year ended March 31, 2009 and dividend on equity shares for the said year.
The Company intends to publish its audited financial results for the year 2008-09, immediately after the board meeting on May 21, 2009, i.e. within a period of three months from the end of the last quarter of the said financial year and the Company will not separately announce the unaudited financial results for the last quarter ended March
31, 2009.
