Electrotherm (India) Ltd. has informed the Exchange that "The Company has opted to submit / publish Audited Financial Results for the year ended on 31st March, 2009 within a period of three months i.e. by June 30, 2009 instead of submitting / publishing Unaudited financial results for the last quarter ended on 31st March, 2009".
