Triveni Engineering & Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 25, 2009, inter alia, to consider and take on record Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for die quarter/half year ended March 31, 2009.
Further the Company has informed that, in the aforesaid Board Meeting the Board will also consider payment of interim dividend on the equity share capital of the Company for the financial year 2008-09 ending on September 30, 2009.
