Intellvisions Software Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company has decided to approve, adopt and publish the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2009 on or before June 30, 2009, and hence the Company will not be publishing the Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter ended March 31, 2009.
