Hatsun Agro Product Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has decided to publish the Audited Financial Results, instead of Unaudited Results for the financial year ended March 31, 2009 on or before June 30, 2009.
Therefore the Company will not be publishing the Unaudited Results for the last quarter of the financial year ended March 31, 2009.
