Balmer Lawrie & Co. Ltd has informed the Exchange that the Company would be publishing the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the entire Financial Year 2008-09 within the stipulated period of three months from the end of the financial year i.e. on or before June 30, 2009. As such the Company would not be publishing unaudited financial results for the last quarter ended March 31, 2009.
