Amara Raja Batteries Ltd has informed BSE that the Company would be publish Audited Financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2009 and would have its Board Meeting to consider the same on or before June 30, 2009.
In view of the above, the Company will not be publishing the Unaudited Financial Results for the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2009.
