JSL Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 06, 2009, inter alia, to consider issuance of Securities on Rights basis.
The Board of Directors shall also consider issuance of equity shares to Qualified Institutional Buyers through Qualified Institutional Placement and raising money through International Offering by way of issue of FCCBS / GDRs / ADRs in the aforesaid meeting.
