SPEL Semiconductor Ltd has informed BSE that the audited financial results of the Company for the Financial Year 2008-09 will be published within a period of three months from the end of the said Financial Year.
In view of the above, unaudited financial results for the quarter ending March 31, 2009 will not be published by the Company.
