1. Appointment of Mr. Shome N Damani as a Director u/s 257 of the Companies Act, 1956.
2. Appointment of Mr. Shome N Damani as Whole Time Director (Designated as Executive Director) on the terms & conditions and remuneration recommended by the Remuneration Committee w.e.f. January 28, 2009.
