Eclerx Services Limited has informed the Exchange that the Company will publish the Audited Financial Results for the financial year ending on March 31, 2009 on or before June 30, 2009, that is within a period of 3 months from the end of the last quarter of the relevant financial year. The Company will therefore, not publish the un-audited quarterly results for the quarter ending March 31, 2009.
