Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd has informed BSE that:
"We understand that some newspapers in Pune have reported that the Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Co. Ltd. (MSEDCL) has raised on us a provisional assessment bill for Rs 21.63 crores pertaining to a commercial complex at Pune.
In this regard, we have to inform you that we are in receipt of the said provisional assessment bill from MSEDCL. The Company has filed its objections with MSEDCL as the Company feels that the said bill is totally unjustified and not tenable".
