Wendt India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 20, 2009, inter alia, has declared an `INTERIM DIVIDEND` of 100% on equity shares of the Company (Dividend of Rs 10/- each on equity shares of nominal value of Rs 10/- each).
