Wendt (India) Ltd. has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held on March 20, 2009 have declared an "Interim Dividend" of 100% on equity shares of the Company (Dividend of Rs.10/- each on equity shares of nominal value of Rs.10/- each).
