Wendt India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 20, 2009, inter alia, has declared an INTERIM DIVIDEND of 100% on equity shares of the Company (Dividend of Rs 10/- each on equity shares of nominal value of Rs 10/- each).
