International Travel House Ltd has informed BSE that Mr. S S H Rehman, a non executive director and Chairman on the board of the Company, vide his resignation letter dated February 23, 2009 informed that he would be superannuating on March 20, 2009 and accordingly he would relinquish his Directorship and Chairmanship from the Board of Directors of the Company at the close of Business hours on March 20, 2009.
Accordingly, the Board at its meeting held on March 18, 2009 took on record the said resignation letter and appointed Mr. Nakul Anand, an existing non executive director of the Company also as the Chairman of the Company effective March 21, 2009.
