The Oudh Sugar Mills Ltd has informed the Exchange that "Shri Sanjay Mukherjee, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company will cease to be the Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from close of business hours of March 31, 2009. Shri Govind Narayan Pareek has been appointed as the Company Secretary Designate with effect from March 1, 2009 and he will take over as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from April 1, 2009 in place and stead of Shri Mukherjee".
