D-Link India Ltd has informed BSE that the Hon`ble High Court of Judicature of Bombay, Goa has approved the Scheme of Arrangement between Smartlink Network Systems Ltd and D-Link (India) Ltd ("Company") and their respective shareholders and creditors, vide its orders dated February 27, 2009. Certified copies of the aforementioned orders were made available to the Company on March 05, 2009.
The Scheme of Arrangement shall become effective after satisfaction of the conditions set out in the clause 36 of the Scheme, including receipt of approvals from the Foreign Investment Promotion Board and the Reserve Bank of India.
hi all with the said change, now company will be only with structured cabling product. need more clarification about dlink corporation`s future marketing plans. otherwise this stock has no it would be as good as any electronic trading company of MIDC or GIDC
after demerger you would get shares of demerged entity smartlink also. From shareholders point of view nothing is changed , together both companies continue to do same business as before.
